We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in complexity, embraces ambiguity, and turns it into clarity. You’ll own end-to-end design for Fountain's CRM product: from research and ideation to production-ready designs and post-release iteration. Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility to create a category-defining CRM.

Fully remote; requires 6+ hours overlap with US Pacific Time.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead design for Fountain’s CRM from discovery through delivery
- Design agentic-first experiences that reduce recruiter workload and drive measurable outcomes
- Translate complex workflows/data into intuitive experiences; conduct user research
- Partner closely with PMs and engineers; ship impactful features quickly
- Work in rapid, iterative cycles; bring clarity to ambiguous problems
- Communicate with precision through storytelling,



prototypes, and data-driven rationale
- Contribute to high-quality UI/UX design system patterns

What You Should Bring

- 7+ years of product design experience in high-complexity B2B SaaS
- Exceptional interaction design and visual craft; strong usability best practices
- Expert proficiency in Figma; strong AI fluency (e.g., Claude) to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Experience in user research and validation; strong sense of ownership; exceptional communication
- Time zone flexibility: 6+ hours overlap with US Pacific Time

Nice to Have

- Experience with talent acquisition or CRM platforms; building AI-readable design systems.
