On behalf of Huawei, we are looking for Distribution Sales Manager‑Networking solutions to join our team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic distribution partners by developing plans and maximizing sales execution across the distribution channel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize distributor layout, scientifically stock inventory, enhance distributor SO, and be responsible for achieving sales targets in the distribution business within the assigned area.
- Gain insights into the representative office or multi‑industry distribution market, develop a distribution market partner map, and be responsible for the continuous optimization of distributor structure, quantity, and quality.




- Participate in the development of the overall marketing activity planning schedule for the representative office or multi‑industry, be responsible for the planning and implementation of various marketing activities.

Job Requirements:

- 5 to 15 years of experience managing distributors
- Basic knowledge of ICT industry: Routers, Switchers, Storage or Data Center
- Knowledge of IP/storage products
- Professional English
- Major in telecommunications, electronics, computer science or a related field.
