- Manage the introduction of new product processes, design production line layout, and achieve production capacity,
- Cross departmental resource coordination and process improvement,Continuous improvement using Lean method to improve production line lying down rate, improve production line efficiency, and enhance product quality
- Introduction of NPI new equipment, processes, and new products for mass production, including design improvement DFX suggestions during the preliminary review of new products
- Familiar with the application and introduction of production automation, with experience in operating electronic product equipment such as Wave solder machine, automatic welding machines, automatic screw machines, dispensing machines, etc
- Familiar with product SOP, Control Plan, and PFMEA, Analyze the causes of quality issues that occur in the product,



propose and take preventive improvement measures
- Experience in Audio/EMS (PCBA electronic products) products or familiarity with ISO9000 is preferred
- Provide product quotation services for customers (Labor)

- Engineering Industrial/Electronics or related majors
- At least 5 years of Production and Manufacture Engineer work experience in large-scale EMS or Audio, proficient in using Industrial Engineering method
- Familiar with Painting process both of production and equipment (Wave solder machine, automatic welding machines, automatic screw machines, dispensing machines)
- Fluent english
