As a User Operations Intern at DiDi Food,



you will be a key contributor in transforming raw data into actionable insights that empower marketing teams and streamline daily operations. Your core mission will be to analyze complex datasets, extract meaningful trends, and build clear visualizations that support decision-making. By turning numbers into narratives, you will help drive more effective campaigns, optimize operational processes, and ultimately enhance the overall food delivery experience for millions of users.

Role Responsibilities

- Data Extraction & Processing: Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from internal systems to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Insight Generation: Identify trends, behavioral patterns, and anomalies that can inform marketing strategies and operational improvements.
- Visualization & Reporting: Build dashboards and reports (e.g., in Google Sheets, Power BI) to present insights in a clear and actionable way.
