This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Rewards Intern in Huixquilucan with Signify.

We are seeking a Rewards Intern to support our Total Rewards team in Mexico. This role will provide hands‑on exposure to benefits administration, total rewards analytics, and cost optimization initiatives , while partnering closely with regional and integral Rewards colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or finance , and who is eager to learn how organizations design and manage competitive and cost‑effective rewards programs.

This role may be eligible for conversion to a full‑time position depending on performance, business needs, and position availability.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with data
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
- Interest in compensation, benefits, and total rewards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English preferred
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative Rewards team, learning from teammates while contributing ideas, analyses, and support across initiatives
