View of Needs

- Strong and diverse Resort operational background
- Prior Resort experience essential; living and working in remote destination preferred
- Strong Food & Beverage and Gastronomic background
- Hands-on operational approach with strong technical know-how
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a remote location
- Fluent in Spanish (mandatory); strong knowledge of Mexico highly appreciated
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost discipline
- Developed cultural and emotional intelligence to work with a top-tier Mexican ownership structure with high expectations of quality, elegance, and discretion
- Strong owner relations and stakeholder management skills
