Overview

Our company is currently seeking skilled and experienced Production Workers to carry out various tasks in our busy environment. The idóneo candidate will have excellent communication skills and some mechanical aptitude. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating production line equipment and finishing products to meet production schedules, quality requirements, and reduce scrap levels.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

- Perform process control checks, start-up checks, and operator maintenance checks
- Perform specified processes and machine adjustments
- Comply with all safety requirements
- Post/communicate daily production output and review weekly process chart
- Notify teamleader or Supervisor in event of problem
- Work overtime as required

Additional Duties & Responsibilities





- Provide input to teamleader or Supervisor on information important to the next shift and post shift notes where appropriate
- Attend scheduled meetings and participate in problem solving activities
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor or manager

- This position requires standing 100% of the time.
- Teamwork and cooperation
- Ability to cross train and train others in all functions of the line

Education & Experience Required

- High school diploma (Preferred)
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing

Working Conditions

Production environment; standing for extended periods. Regular overtime may be required.
