As we continue expanding in Mexico, we are looking for a DND Manager (Channel) to strengthen and grow our dealer network nationwide.

About the Role

The DND Manager (Channel) will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing dealer partners across Mexico. This role plays a key strategic function in expanding geographic coverage, improving dealer performance, and ensuring alignment with Changan’s commercial standards and long‑term growth vision. This is a tactical leadership role with strong field exposure and cross‑functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Service).

Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate potential dealer candidates.
- Lead dealer negotiations and onboarding processes.
- Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews.
- Act as the primary liaison between dealers and internal departments.
- Monitor dealer KPIs, profitability, and operational standards.
- Coordinate dealer training programs and performance improvement plans.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor performance.

- Number of new dealers added
- Geographic coverage growth




- CRM/DMS usage and operational adoption

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

3+ years of experience in automotive industry, dealer network development, or channel management

Advanced English (professional communication required)

Required Skills

Experience in dealer network development and automotive distribution

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of CRM and DMS platforms

Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and performance metrics

Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales teams

High adaptability and willingness to travel frequently

Preferred Skills

Experience working with multi-location dealer networks

Exposure to OEM automotive operations

Strategic planning and market expansion experience

Strong understanding of regional automotive market dynamics
