About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper with 2–3 years of experience to join a fast-paced, tech-forward accounting team. This is a back-office role that plays a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring timely deliverables for U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Categorize and record transactions daily via bank feeds in QuickBooks Online.
- Support month-end close processes during the first two weeks of each month, including clearing bank feeds and reconciling transactions.
- Perform book clean-ups and maintain up-to-date records with limited supervision.
- Communicate internally through Slack alias accounts to collaborate with the team (not directly client-facing, but must operate within client channels).
- Follow detailed SOPs and work autonomously with access to extensive documentation (300+ SOPs available).
- Chase down missing statements and assist with compiling necessary financial information.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.




- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
- Comfortable working in a remote, process-driven environment .
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Notion .
