- 3+ years experience in payroll support or processing
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Experience in customer support roles and client oriented positions
- Fluency in English & Spanish (oral and written)
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel for reporting, Outlook)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- CIPP Certified/Native Payroll certified
- Experience in both payroll processing and support
- Experience creating reports in Power BI
- Experience with macros in Excel
