Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects in the medical devices sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies and a solid grasp of the regulatory requirements specific to the medical devices industry.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate production line transfers (logistics and execution).
- Plan, organize, and monitor activities/deliverables using project trackers.
- Build connections and collaborations with cross-functional departments at all levels.




- Coordinate teams to meet timelines, budget, and quality goals.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and CE standards.
- Manage budgets and financial reporting.
- Lead and support project teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelors in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Master’s or PMP (Desirable).
- 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
- 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience in scheduling and managing meetings with core and lead teams.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project or Jira.
- Schedule availability and flexibility.
- Committed, results-oriented, and highly responsible.
