Job Description
Ensure that the special production processes are carried out reliably and stably, with continuous improvement efforts. Propose solutions to process machine problems. Acquire and apply cutting-edge knowledge to improve processes and measurement systems. Analyze and resolve issues, design improvements for machines, and ensure equipment operates according to specifications. Monitor process parameters, ensure cost-effective and reliable processes,



and advise machinery suppliers to improve delivery times and process stability.

Qualifications
- Personality: Creative leader, change driver
- Work Experience: 5 years
- Knowledge: Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic design interpretation
- Enthusiasm: Passionate about factory automation and leadership
- Languages: English required, German a plus
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or PhD preferred
