Join Capgemini as a Contingent Workforce Management Analyst. We are looking for a professional that keeps the engine running for a large contingent workforce across a major insurer and thrives at the intersection of technology and talent.

What you'll do

- Support the Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) program, ensuring smooth operations across contractors, freelancers, vendors, and service providers
- Collaborate closely with partners like KellyOCG and systems like Beeline (VMS) and SAP
- Own and troubleshoot critical integrations—from timecard workflows to SOW tracking and ID provisioning
- Analyze and report on key metrics to continuously improve performance and compliance

Requirements

- Your tech & problem-solving skills matter
- Strong knowledge of API functionality and data integrations
- Experience working with Beeline, SAP, or similar enterprise tools
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics
- Sharp diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities in complex technical environments

What we're looking for

- Strong ownership mindset and attention to system performance
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
