Functions:
Give supports to Call Center, Screen Recording plataforms and Mobile apps.
The person should provide application production support in ACC.
First level support for applications for 3PCC call centers and Call Recording systems.
Initial troubleshooting of applications – does not include the code changes and defect fixes.
Should coordinate with other teams to resolve the outages.
Documentation for support and troubleshooting.
Updating knowledge database.
