Provides enterprise-wide security services to protect employees, assets, and facilities. Responsibilities include access control and monitoring, fire and life safety alarm management, and oversight of critical facility systems and alarms. The function also supports the validation, analysis, and dissemination of regional and global security events, enabling enhanced situational awareness, informing decision-makers, and effective crisis management across the organization.What Skills You Need

Provides security,



fire and safety monitoring for Deere facilities and other business partners across Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.Provides emergency-call assistance for employees on a integral basis.Monitors situations and events for Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management (situations include weather, criminal events, political situations and others).Serves as the first point of contact for incident response and crisis management.Provides electronic access control monitoring and assistance for Mexico.Tracks and dispatches mobile security officersWhat Makes You Stand Out

Ability to use and develop solutions with standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, Power apps, Power BI, Power Automate and similar.Ability to use various department specific computer programs (LENEL OnGuard, Milestone CCTV, Sharepoint, others similar).Ability to develop clear concise written communication to various management levels throughout the enterprise.Knowledge of security systems and related technical information.Skills in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.Knowledge about fire, security and life safety at the local, state, and national levelsEnglish language, written and conversational.Education

Bachelor's degree or higher. Security certifications, licenses or degreesThis position will be posted for a minimum of 10 business days and unposted when a qualified pool of candidates is achieved.Candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.
