The successful candidate will ensure compliance with corporate standards, customer requirements, and Mexican regulatory frameworks while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.Working closely with Operations, Human Resources, Engineering, Security, and site leadership, the QSHE Supervisor will play a critical role in minimizing operational risks, strengthening compliance, supporting business continuity, and ensuring that industry best practices are consistently implemented throughout the operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and execution of QSHE policies, procedures, and corporate standards across warehouse operations.Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership, employee engagement, awareness campaigns, and continuous training.Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, environmental assessments, and operational risk evaluations.Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses,
identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Ensure compliance with Mexican legal requirements, customer standards, and internal corporate policies.Monitor environmental performance and support sustainability initiatives across the operation.Maintain accurate QSHE documentation, compliance records, and regulatory reporting.Coordinate internal, customer, and external audits while supporting certification processes.Monitor and analyze QSHE KPIs, developing action plans to improve operational performance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, compliance, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.Deliver safety inductions, regulatory training, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.Coach operational leaders on safe work practices, emergency response procedures, and regulatory compliance.Partner with Operations, Human Resources, Engineering, and Security to strengthen compliance and employee engagement.Support new customer implementations and warehouse start-ups by integrating QSHE requirements from project inception.Ensure compliance with Authorized Economic Operator (AEO/OEA) standards and support internal initiatives to maintain certification and supply chain security requirements.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented professional with extensive experience in Quality, Safety, Health, Security, and Environmental Management within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing,
or distribution center operations.The idóneo candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence operational teams while fostering a culture centered on safety, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in a QSHE, EHS, HSE, or Safety Supervisor position within Contract Logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution center operations.Strong knowledge of Mexican occupational health and safety regulations, environmental compliance, and quality management systems.Experience conducting:Risk assessmentsSafety inspectionsIncident investigationsCompliance auditsRoot cause analysisCorrective and preventive action management (CAPA)Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.Knowledge and experience supporting Authorized Economic Operator (AEO/OEA) programs and supply chain security standards.Familiarity with Mexican labor safety regulations, including applicable STPS NOMs.Experience developing and facilitating safety and compliance training programs.Intermediate to Advanced English (written and spoken).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Preferred SkillsStrong leadership and people development capabilities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.Strong communication and presentation skills.High level of organization and attention to detail.Customer-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience supporting start-up operations and greenfield projects is highly desirable.
