GENERAL SUMMARYWe are seeking a Digital Asset Manager/Librarian to work with our Asset Management and Operations team and own workstreams in the DAM ecosystem. While experience with Tenovos is a plus, this role is open to candidates with strong expertise across enterprise DAM platforms.This is not a traditional librarian role. You will be responsible for aiding in defining, building, implementing, and maintaining what best-in-class DAM looks like within a complex, general production environment, which includes operating within and constantly assessing a scalable, efficient, and future-ready asset management model.This role requires a proactive go-getter, who can own disparate workstreams in the system. You will also have incredible attention to detail, as the role requires a level of quality control across assets, metadata, and taxonomy.RESPONSIBILITIESExecute and manage day-to-day DAM workflows, ensuring assets move seamlessly through ingestion, review, approval, distribution, and archival processes.Monitor workflow performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and asset usability.Ingest, catalog, tag, and audit regional assets in the DAM workflow.Support the implementation, documentation, and continuous optimization of DAM processes and operating procedures.Ensure compliance with established asset governance standards, metadata requirements, and retention policies.Partner with stakeholders to support asset requests, issue resolution, and workflow adherence.Manage the ingestion, organization, tagging, and maintenance of digital assets within the DAM platform, and at the regional level.Act as the local extension of global DAM governance.Perform minor, ad hoc video editing assistance – eg.



slate removal, transcoding, etc. via Adobe Premiere Pro or other editing platform.Ensure assets are accurately catalogued and enriched with complete metadata to maximize discoverability and reuse.Maintain asset library hygiene through ongoing audits and lifecycle management activities.Apply and maintain metadata standards, controlled vocabularies, taxonomies, and keywording structures.Ensure metadata accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all asset types.Monitor search performance and user behavior to improve asset findability and user experience.Collaborate with stakeholders to improve and evolve metadata structures and taxonomy models as business needs change.Serve as SME for video asset management and video-specific metadata requirements.Manage video asset ingestion, QC validation, version control, translation/versioning coordination (where applicable), and distribution readiness.Integrate AI-driven tools into creative and production processes to boost efficiency, elevate content quality, and stay ahead of emerging trends in technology and storytellingLOCATION & COMMITMENTS Full-time role,



currently hybrid status (Remote will be considered)In-person/in-office minimum of 3 days per weekTravel may be required to deliver on client and production needsQUALIFICATIONS 3-5+ years experience as a digital asset manager for an ad agency or related creative organization in a content operations roleStrong understanding of DAM workflows, metadata management, taxonomy development and enforcement, and content governance.Experience managing video assets, including video metadata standards, versioning, QC processes, and content lifecycle management.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative or marketing environment.Strong problem-solving skills Able to apply critical and strategic thinking Stress-tolerant, quick-thinking and accurate Able to quickly understand new technology concepts Content production experience Client-facing experience Experience with various DAM platforms and PM tools including Tenovos, LucidLink, Sharepoint, and SmartsheetPHYSICAL DEMANDS Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
