Provide leadership for the Business Process Enablement group within IT, managing internal and external projects from planning to completion. Ensure alignment with company strategy, goals, and commitments while acting as the central hub for project information, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Define project sponsor, scope, objectives, deliverables, and team structure.
Lead and execute business process enablement activities for internal and external projects end‑to‑end.
Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones, and communication plans using PMO standard tools.
Monitor project progress, resource utilization, workload distribution, and productivity.
Prepare project status reports, analyze results, and manage issue resolution.
Control scope changes, identify risks, and develop contingency plans.
Create and maintain project documentation according to PMO standards and KPIs.
Maintain communication with customers and stakeholders, clarify expectations, and manage escalation paths.
Build project roadmaps with business/operations and apply governance processes to maintain business priorities.
Maintain customer records, project changes, and requests as the central information hub.
Attend meetings and deliver progress reports.
Ensure delivery of appropriate solutions, benefit ownership, product feature definition, and multi‑product management.
RequirementsEducation
University degree in IT Engineering or related field.
Advanced English.
Experience
2–3 years in IT.
3–6 years in Project Management.
Software Skills
Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
PMO standard tools.
