Role Summary:

Supply Chain System Analystis responsible forhelping to analyze and bridge the gap between our global supply chain operationsand our IT infrastructure.

The idóneo candidate is a person who has extensive experience inthe Planto Pay (P2P) lifecycle includingSIOP, Materials Planning, PFEP, Sourcing andProcurement workflows.

The candidate willassistin thedevelopment and creation ofan efficientSupply Chain systemsarchitecture,ensuringthatour technology stacks (ERP,SAP IBP,Ariba SRM and AI-driven tools) align with our supply chain business processes.The candidateshould be a tech-forward professional who is not only comfortable with traditional project managementprocesses and toolsbut also actively exploring Generative AI and learning the use of AI driven models for supply chain focused workflows.

RESPONSIBILITY

- Process Optimization

- Analyze and map complex “As-Is” and “To-Be” supply chainprocess, focusing onPlanning,Sourcing, Procurement and Procurement Management cycles.

- Develop cases and functional specifications.

- Data translation

- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for IT development teams, ensuring solutions are scalable and robust.

- Systems Advocacy

- Functional system analyst for supply chain IT systems (S4 HANA, Oracle,SAP IBP,Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, and AI driven tools) ensuring data integrityand systemshealth.

- AI Integration

- Research and implement AI/Machine Learning use cases for sourcing, procurement, suppliermanagementand supplier risk management.

- Project Management

- Project manage cross-functional projects using agile or waterfall methodologies, managing timelines,



stakeholders’communicationand UAT (User Acceptance Test)

- Testing and Validation

- Design and execute pertinent tests andvalidatethe solutions with users to ensurethe successfulimplementation.

- Troubleshoot issues.

- Training

- Provide training for end users.

Required Skillset

- Strong understanding of SAP/Ariba modules, particularly in areas likeplanning,sourcing, procurement, and invoice management (SAPIBP, SAPAriba Sourcing, SAP Ariba Contracts and SAP Ariba SLP)

- SAP Materials Management (MM).

- Supplier Master Data Management and Governance.

- Planto Pay processin industrial manufacturing environment.

- Ability to analyze business processes,identifyproblems, and propose solutions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Working experience on similar capacity for more than 5 years with at least 2-3 Aribalife cycle
