About This Role

This position provides support to the Agent Oversight Team by assisting in the overall performance of the Agent Oversight.Program. Serves as an active Office member in supporting the team department’s goals to ensure sound operational understanding and implementation of operational procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities Conduct a QA to ensure ACR Files are meeting the department’s required standards.

Engage in a corrective action with the Agent Compliance Review Team to ensure files that undergo a QA are being reviewed andcompleted accordingly.

Evaluatethe progressof AgentsduringtheProbation period.Provide recommendations and feedback on areaswheretheyneedimprovement ofthe agent’s knowledgewiththe BSA and other AMLregulations.

Perform in-depth analysis of agent consumer transactions using Excel pivot tables to detect unusual/suspicious activity and ensure that transactions are within expected transaction amounts to Agent’s main country corridor to conduct monthly data analysis and review data with Agent during monthly calls.

Documentthe efforts done in a clear and precise manner that allows for a good understanding of the work that was done to help the Agent mitigate findings.





One-on-Onepresentationsto supervisorof anoverviewof theAgent’shistory and progresspre-probation,while in probationand after probation.

Provide support to theAgent Compliance Review Teamin efforts tocompletean ACR Review folderduring thepre-ACR and post-ACRreview.

Providesupportto Agentsthat will be having anIRSorBank audits.

Providesupport when Ria is undergoing a State or IRS audit.

Serve as an active team member in supporting department’s growth and goals to ensure sound operational understanding and implementation of operational procedures.

Continue to increase knowledge of relevant anti-money laundering laws and regulations.

Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Position Requirements College

Degree or equivalent; minimum of one year in AML compliance related activities.

Knowledge of money laundering compliance requirements for money service businesses.

Analytical skills.

Excellent customer service skills

Ecellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills; and proficient in MS Word, Excel and Access.

Candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
