Financial Analyst Location: Tlalnepantla, Estado de México (Centrum) We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and supporting strategic business decisions through financial insights and data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the business, including P&L; and Balance Sheet planning.
- Develop financial models and projections to support business planning and decision-making.
- Evaluate the financial impact of new projects, investments, and product launches.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams to understand financial implications and improve business performance.
- Prepare cash flow projections and perform cash flow analysis.
- Support internal and external audit activities.




- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A;, Corporate Finance, or Controlling.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups; Macros are a plus).
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Intermediate to Advanced English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
