The Compliance Administrator plays a critical role ensuring that an organization adheres to legal standards, maintains regulatory compliance, and mitigates risks.
Responsibilities - Updates compliance policies and procedures in accordance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assists with regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Monitors organizational activities to identify potential compliance issues.
- Prepares and presents audit reports with findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Identifies and manages compliance risks within the organization.
- Recommends strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Stays current with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications - A university degree required (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
- Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Strong communication skills, oral, written and presentation.
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and/or external customers. HS Code Classification Specialist, Integral Trade Compliance (GTC) This role supports the Customs Harmonized System (HS) Code activities for all Sensata legal entities and helps prevent HS code disputes, reducing cross‑border delays. The specialist works closely with the Global import and export functions and serves as the primary Trade Compliance point of contact, providing HS classification assistance globally.
Key responsibilities include performing HS code classification, determining tariff rates, and ensuring compliance to support timely cross‑border deliveries with reasonable duty costs. Collaboration with Global Trade Compliance, Engineers, Logistics, Customer Service, and Sourcing is essential for successful compliance.
