Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic, highly responsible, and tech-savvyClient Account Representativeto join their growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a vibrant personality, a passion for connecting with people, and a knack for explaining things clearly. This is a remote position requiring alignment with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 4:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospects and clients, delivering exceptional communication and building strong relationships.
- Clearly and effectively explain products/services to potential customers.
- Learn company systems, product offerings, and sales processes quickly to hit the ground running.
- Manage daily sales tasks, follow-ups, and data entry with high responsibility and attention to detail.

Requirements:

- Must be willing to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).




- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
- An exceptional communicator who can simplify complex ideas and present them clearly.
- A lively, enthusiastic, and warm personality; naturally easy to get along with and exudes positive energy.
- Highly reliable, self-motivated, and accountable for your own schedule and results.
- A sharp, fast learner who adapts quickly to new information and feedback.
- Strong computer skills, comfortable navigating various software, CRMs, and communication tools smoothly.
