We are partnering with a leading general mobility company to identify a Country Manager – Sales who will lead the commercial strategy and business expansion across Mexico.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets. Lead dealer and distributor network expansion while strengthening existing partnerships. Drive retail performance, sales forecasting, inventory planning, and business development initiatives.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product. Represent the business with key distributors, strategic partners, and headquarters.





What We're Looking For 8–12 years of experience in automotive sales within an OEM environment. Proven experience managing dealer/distributor networks in Mexico. Strong leadership, commercial negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Deep understanding of the Mexican automotive market.

Advanced
