Position Overview
A leading multinational company is seeking a highly analytical and customer-oriented professional to manage international order fulfillment processes and support regional supply chain operations. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, commercial teams, planning, logistics, and finance, ensuring excellent service levels, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across multiple international markets.
The successful candidate will play a strategic role in demand planning, order management, customer service excellence, and cross-functional coordination while contributing to business performance through data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring timely and accurate order execution.
Coordinate communication between customers, commercial teams, supply planning, logistics, and finance departments.
Monitor order fulfillment, shipment tracking, inventory availability, and delivery performance.
Collect, validate, and analyze customer demand forecasts and sales trends to support supply chain planning.
Lead and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) reviews, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators related to customer service, forecast accuracy, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues,
ensuring timely resolution and high service standards.
Support new product introductions, product launches, and related cross-functional initiatives.
Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects across the supply chain.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and business presentations for regional stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in customer service, supply chain operations, logistics, demand planning, international trade, or related areas.
Advanced English proficiency (required).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
Understanding of international logistics, import/export processes, and supply chain operations is desirable.
