EP Designer Engineering Responsibilities

- Team working with sales team to provide customized solutions for customer to solve or improve specific customer issues to increase sales opportunities.
- Revision, design and reporting for industrial structures according customer site specs and international building codes.
- Going at customer site to take dimensions, pictures, customer specs, etc to carry out a Solution design, fulfilling Solution required by customer




- Elaborating technical information and engineering documents which support the different stages of the project (Sales drawing, cost sheet, approval drawings, manufacturing drawings, shipping drawing, lifting drawings, manuals) Carrying out Manufacturing inspections, according to Customer quality requirements/specifications and Freudenberg quality management system (quality process plan and quality assurance check list)
- Carrying out RFQ's and site visits with contractor for installations works and supervision on customer site.
- Improving current equipment designs (As a solution, reduce manufacturing time and optimize our Cost without reduce our quality)
- Finding out, evaluating, selecting new or better potential suppliers for manufacturing, installation works or components.
- Improving our Installation contractors RFQ's, Installation Reports and Planning Supervision during installation works.
- Organization and saving all information related to our Projects in our EP Folders (quality docs, dossier, cost sheets, sales drawings, supplier quotes, FFT RFQ, etc.)

Qualifications

- Bacherol degree
- 5+ years experience
- Functional knowledge: CAD/FEA Designer. /Basic and detailed engineering for industrial structures and equipment manufacturing process. /International Building Codes and Standards i.e.: IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, OSHA, RCSC, etc.
- Business expertise: 2D drawing and 3D modeling. AutoCAD, SolidWorks. /Civil structural analysis reports. /Evaluation and review of current industrial structures: Skids, decks, maintenance platforms, etc.
