ERM Mexico is seeking a self-starting, dynamic Environmental Consultant to join our Impact Assessment team in Mexico City. In this role, you will provide high-quality analytical support on biodiversity, due diligence and sustainable finance projects for multi-national clients.

esUndertake assessments to evaluate the potential impacts on the terrestrial and marine environment from capital development project
Work on a range of projects across the mining, oil and gas, renewables and infrastructure sector client
Utilize your knowledge in Federal, State and Local Government environmental regulatory requirements specially in environmental impacts and biodiversit
Develop strong relationships and communicate clearly with peers, colleagues, clients and sub-contractor
Communicate effectively across different cultural and international background
Oversee subcontractors and fieldwork including flora and fauna sampling in terrestrial and marine project
Development of technical reports and technical presentations in both Spanish and Englis

Undergraduate degree in Environmental, Biologist, Forest, or related are




Excellent written and verbal communication and fluency in Spanish and English is mandato
Technical competence in undertaking terrestrial and marine assessments to support environmental approva
Critical thinker skills – i.e. able to synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful outcom
Demonstrated report writing, data collation and management/presentation skills – GIS skills desirab
Motivated to proactively contribute to a team environment, share knowledge, skills and ide
Travel may be required, Passport and drivers ́license are required- US Visa desirab
Specialist in a relevant field (forest background, environmental science, environmental management)-Desirab
