Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative and proactive AI-First Full Stack Java Engineer with strong backend development expertise and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . The adecuado candidate has a proven track record of driving engineering best practices within teams and organizations while delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.

This role will be part of a team responsible for building and enhancing transaction processing systems , developing new and complex backend services that are reliable, secure, and scalable. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Required Qualifications

3–6 years of professional software development experience.

Strong Full Stack Java development experience with a primary focus on backend engineering.

Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Experience designing and developing distributed systems and microservices.

Knowledge of software design patterns, testing frameworks, and modern engineering practices.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities

Software Development

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software solutions with a strong focus on quality, performance, and user experience.

Build and enhance backend services supporting transaction processing systems.

Develop reusable and maintainable software components following engineering best practices.
Collaboration & Delivery

Collaborate closely with team members through pair programming, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.

Work with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and deliver business value.





Support continuous improvement initiatives across the software development lifecycle.
Technical Excellence

Contribute to or lead efforts related to: Product configuration
Performance tuning and optimization
Automated testing
Production monitoring and observability

Write and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications.
Production Support

Participate in incident response and troubleshooting activities.

Help diagnose and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and reliability.
Mentorship & Leadership

Mentor and support junior engineers by sharing technical knowledge and industry best practices.

Promote engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and the open-source community.

Share technical expertise and contribute to broader engineering initiatives across the organization.
Preferred Skills

Experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI-first engineering practices.

Cloud-native application development on GCP.

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Exposure to high-volume transaction processing platforms.

Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
