Monthly Salary: 20,000 - 23,000 MXN + Benefits Purpose of the Job: The Customs & logistics analyst is responsible for processing the company’s daily international operations, ensuring full regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and timely delivery of materials across international markets. This Role plays a key part in supply chain continuity and strategic coordination with supplier, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international stakeholders.
Essential Functions: · Responsible for import/export operations for EIS products. · Advice and follow up on customs regulations, international trade requirements, and any other applicable regulations during import/export process. · Ensure customs clearance processes with brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and government authorities. · Guarantee and follow up on documentation needed to the import/export operations · Monitor shipments status, inventory transit,
and delivery performance to avoid any supply chain disruption.
Qualifications to Meet Minimum Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Logistics or related field. · Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customs operations, international logistics, and supply chain. · Understanding of the import/export regulations, tariff classifications, logistic operation, NOMs, IMMEX and VAT certification · Manufacture experience (desirable) · Medium English level. · Experience with ERP, preferably SAP 4/Hanna. · Work under pressure · Customer Orientation This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all requirements and responsibilities and as such, is subject to change without notice based on the needs of the business and/or department.
