The Successful Applicant A successful General Manager

Must Have

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a General Manager, Managing Director, Operations Manager, or equivalent executive role with full P&L; responsibility.

- Experience within transportation, freight, logistics,



supply chain, or related industries.

- Experience leading medium-sized to large organizations with multiple functional business units.

- Strong financial expertise, including financial statement analysis, cash flow management, profitability analysis, and working capital management.

- Demonstrated success in improving business performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.

- Experience establishing and managing business KPIs and performance dashboards.

- Ability to communicate effectively with shareholders, boards, and executive leadership teams.

- Strong strategic planning and business management capabilities.

- Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred

- Knowledge of domestic and cross-border operations.

- Familiarity with industry certifications such as CTPAT, OEA, ISO, or similar standards.

- MBA or other postgraduate business education.
