Lead the Health, Safety and Environment strategy for Colep Consumer Products Mexico, ensuring legal compliance, risk prevention, people protection and environmental responsibility. This role is key to strengthening a preventive and sustainable culture, aligned with corporate standards, audits, certifications and the organization’s ESG commitments. Main Responsibilities

Define, implement and follow up on the plant’s Health, Safety and Environment strategy, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, permits, licenses, Mexican official standards and corporate requirements.

Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of the management systems related to occupational health, safety and environment, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other applicable standards.

Coordinate and support internal, external, regulatory and customer audits, as well as sustainability and corporate responsibility assessments, including EcoVadis, SEDEX and other ESG requirements.

Manage permits, authorizations and reports before the relevant authorities regarding environmental matters, civil protection, industrial safety, waste management, emissions, discharges and other applicable obligations.

Drive accident prevention, occupational health, industrial hygiene, training, incident investigation and operational risk control programs, promoting the active participation of leaders and employees.

Ensure proper identification, assessment and control of risks related to processes, facilities, equipment, contractors and critical activities, strengthening operational discipline and a culture of self care.

Lead environmental sustainability initiatives,



resource efficiency, impact reduction, responsible waste management and corporate objectives related to Love Tomorrow and Colep’s integral strategy.

Act as a strategic partner for Operations, Quality, Human Resources and other plant areas, providing technical support, guidance and solutions that protect people, the business and the community.

Required Profile

Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering or a related field. Specialization in Health, Safety, Environment, Management Systems or Sustainability is desirable.

Experience in Health, Safety and Environment leadership roles within industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in regulated industries.

Strong knowledge of Mexican regulations related to safety, occupational health, environment, civil protection and permit management.

Experience with audits, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications, EcoVadis, SEDEX and customer standards.
