What will you do?

The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for providing support on issues/inquiries related to our processes and maintaining day-to-day operations to deliver results. As owner of the process, this role is accountable for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to vendors or COE across the enterprise. Additionally, analysts will execute transactions in our system to respond HR- related inquiries to Johnson Controls employees across the Enterprise. Active participation in Continuous Improvement projects and Automation is highly expected.

How will you do it?

- Process transactions in our HR system (Workday, ServiceNow) such as (and not limited to):

Union Hires For US And Canada

- Screening process completion. General HR questions when employees are looking for policies and procedures.<
