We need an HR Generalist who can run the day-to-day of our people function while constantly improving it. This isn't a "keep the lights on" role; we want someone who automates the manual process, turns a recurring question into a training module, and closes a policy gap before it becomes a problem. What You'll Own

Onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS record accuracy

Employee relations, first point of contact, documented and confidential

Performance management support for managers and KPI tracking

Training delivery and materials, onboarding through ongoing development, succession planning

Process improvement & automation of recurring HR tasks and reporting

Recruiting support: sourcing, screening, interview coordination

Compliance and documentation across our NY/NJ/PA footprint

HR dashboards and metrics reporting to leadership What You Bring

3–4 years in HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or People Ops (remote team experience)

Solid grasp of onboarding, employee relations, performance management,



and benefits admin A real example of a process you improved or automated

Comfort with HRIS tools, spreadsheets, and workflow automation

Fluent English (C1) and Spanish

Strong documentation habits, sound judgment, and discretion with confidential matters

Reliable remote setup, able to overlap with U.S.

Time

Degree in Organizational Psychology or similar Laptop Requirements

Windows 10/11 or macOS (recent version)

Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB preferred), i5 processor or better

Reliable internet connection (25 Mbps minimum) with webcam and headset Bonus: law firm/compliance-sensitive experience, Rippling/Trainual/Deel familiarity, experience hiring or supporting LATAM-based teams and general teams, HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) Benefits That Grow With You

At 90 Days: 5 paid sick days/year
