**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and optimization to ensure platform stability and performance.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks, software bugs, and system errors.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures or process improvements.
- Utilize tools to automate failure remediation and monitor system health, focusing on continuous measurement of risk and cost.
- Actively participate in the change management process to manage risk within the production environment.
- Build and improve runbooks to minimize operational errors and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery strategies.

**SKILLS / EXPERIENCE**:
- A solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD best practices
- Full-stack development experience with proficiency in Java and at least one UI framework such as React
- Experience in Content management Systems (CMS) like Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, ideally AWS
- Good skills in analyzing System and Application logs
- Proficiency with Linux-based operating system, commands and utilities, as well as Configuration Management Tools
- Good communication skills with ability to articulate the technical and functional aspects of a development/production problem to help drive solutions with App Dev teams and senior stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated and ability to work in a high paced environment with tight deadlines
Pay: $70,****** - $75,****** per month
