- Provide, manage Human Resources information and processes to maintain a healthy work environment among employees.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Personnel administration (attention to the different commercial and operational areas on the necessary labor requirements).
- Recruitment of administrative vacancies (support for operational vacancies too).
- Support for payroll incidents.
- Development of programs, activities and events for the improvement of the work environment.
- Administration and execution of the internal work regulations.
- Administration and Follow-up of the incorporation program of new employees (administrative and operative).
- Administration of external personnel (security service, cleaning service, maintenance in general
- Support and administration of the employee development and training plan.
- Absenteeism and turnover analysis.
- Industrial safety and patrimonial security coordination
