What youll do
Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for injured workers.
Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance adjusters.
Follow up on appointments and resolve scheduling issues.
Maintain accurate case documentation.
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
Handle multiple cases while meeting quality and productivity goals.
What were looking for
Advanced Fluent English Required written and spoken.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in
Customer Service
Call Center
Appointment Scheduling
Healthcare Coordination




Or a similar customerfacing role.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Nice to have
Experience in healthcare, insurance, workers compensation, or medical scheduling.
Experience using CRM or case management systems.
