IT Program Manager Are you passionate about managing complex technology programs, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering business impact at scale?

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of interconnected projects, manage program governance, mitigate risks, and collaborate with executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery.

What You'll Do

· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT programs from initiation through completion.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and scope.

· Partner with senior leaders, program sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders to define program strategy and governance.

· Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while managing dependencies across multiple projects.

· Develop and maintain program roadmaps, resource plans, financial forecasts, and status reporting.

· Drive program governance, change management, and decision-making processes.

· Monitor program performance, track key milestones, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

· Oversee vendor management activities, contract compliance, statements of work, and invoice processing.





· Lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, fostering collaboration and accountability.

· Promote best practices in project and program management, continuous improvement, and lessons learned.

What We're Looking For

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· 7+ years of Project Management experience managing medium to large-scale technology projects.

· Experience leading multiple complex projects and programs within matrix organizations.

· 2-4 years of leadership experience.

· Strong understanding of Program Governance, Risk Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Resource Planning.

· Experience collaborating with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

· Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

· Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

· PMP Certification

· PgMP Certification

· Experience managing iterative or agile software development projects

· Experience leading general and cross-functional technology teams
