About the job

We're seeking an Influencer Agent with strong YouTube-first experience to help grow and manage a roster of creators while expanding our network of brand relationships. In this role, you'll own creator relationships end-to-end, lead outreach and negotiations, review agreements, and consistently improve both deal volume and offer quality across all managed creators with focusing strictly on YouTube partnerships. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with YouTube creators and brand partners

Grow the roster by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential YouTube talent

Leverage existing brand connections and proactively develop new relationships to expand partnership opportunities

Increase the number and value of inbound and outbound offers across all managed creators

Proactively source and pitch brand partnerships via email, LinkedIn, and video calls

Negotiate and close brand deals for 10+ YouTube creators

Review agreements and ensure terms align with creator goals, timelines, and deliverables

Respond quickly and professionally to inbound opportunities and client inquiries

Keep communication clear, organized,



and efficient across all stakeholders

Manage and execute 40+ campaigns per month with strong attention to detail and follow-through What We're Looking For

Demonstrated experience working with YouTube creators (talent management, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships)

Existing brand connections and the ability to build new relationships quickly

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a polished, client-facing presence

Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills focused on long-term partnerships

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
