Business Analyst Intern– Banking/Credit Card Domain We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Trainee with strong expertise in the Banking and Credit Card domain. The adecuado candidate should have hands-on BA experience, deep knowledge of payment processes, and expertise in ISO standards (ISO 8583/ISO 20022 preferred).

Responsibilities

- Deliver BA training focused on Banking, Credit Cards, and Payment Systems.
- Train participants on requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and RTM.
- Provide practical knowledge of credit card lifecycle, authorization, clearing, settlement, disputes, and payment workflows.
- Explain ISO standards and their application in banking/payment systems.
- Conduct real-world case studies and mentor trainees.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Credit Card domain.
- Strong understanding of payment processing and financial systems.
- Experience with ISO standards (ISO 8583/ISO 20022).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
