Summary
Acts as a strategic advisor and HR expert by aligning HR strategies with business goals, while providing support and guidance to management and employees.

Key responsibilities
Develop Human Resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating changes, enforcing adherence, and advising management on necessary actions.
Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
Assist in evaluating reports, decisions, and outcomes in relation to established departmental goals.



Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continuously improve department efficiency and service delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Requirements
A minimum of 2 years experience of Human Resources Business Partner is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularlythough not limited toExcel pivot tables and data analysis in Excel.
Advanced English level B2 in CEFR and excellent communication skills.
Excellent leadership and organization skills, with critical mindset and proactiveness
Position onsite to work in Puebla.
