- Lead the implementation of the **Zero-Defect philosophy** on production lines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and perform root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why's, Ishikawa).
- Design and implement **leading indicators** to improve product quality.
- Coordinate and execute internal audits (ISO ****, UL, IATF *****).
- Manage customer complaints and ensure effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production to optimize manufacturing processes.
Experiência y requisitos
- Solid experience in Quality within the **maquiladora/manufacturing industry**.
- Knowledge in SPC, Six Sigma, customer standards, and ISO regulations.
- Fluent English (daily contact with international customers).
- Proactive mindset, leadership,



and strong problem-solving skills.
