**Job Opening: Process Quality Engineer**

Molex is seeking a Fusion Process Quality Engineer to lead our digital transformation at the Zacoalco plant.
This role is crucial in enhancing our quality systems through the integration of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage non-conformities in internal production events using Opcenter to document failure modes and scrap data, aligned with global SAP codes.
- Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure full traceability of customer complaints.
- Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) to proactively identify and respond to process variations.
- Facilitate automated inspection data capture, reducing errors and improving customer response times.
- Standardize non-conformity management by defining general failure, cause, and action codes.
- Provide feedback to product designers through trend analysis of non-conformities, rework, and scrap.
- Promote behaviors that prioritize proactive problem identification.
- Lead the implementation of scheduling algorithms based on business rules, improving production schedules through the APS system.




- Support the transition to semi-automated scheduling processes using Opcenter APS to ensure efficiency.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management and production planning in manufacturing, utilizing MES and SAP systems.
- Advanced analytical skills for RCA and non-conformity process management.
- Experience in implementing statistical process controls and improving traceability.
- Excellent communication skills to work in cross-functional environments.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Advanced technical English proficiency.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and SAP (QM and MM Modules).
- Valid passport and visa.
