Performs repair operations by adding welding by the GTAW-MA process to CFM56 and LEAP engine parts of the internal repair processes, complying with the specifications required by the manual and complying with the quality procedures to guarantee the airworthiness of the repaired parts.

Ensure airworthiness of repaired parts
Comply with inspections in a timely manner in accordance with the MPS
Perform visual inspections and die check to ensure the integrity of the welding seam
Verifies current calibration of tools and reports expired calibrations
Register tool loan log
Maintain and secure the work area complying with the 5's standard.
Ensure correct traceability of registration of documents applicable in repairs.
Control FOD / DOD in work areas and engine parts.
Ensure the correct registration of the codes in Horoquartz for yourself and the team in charge.
Ensure control of CPs in safekeeping and use, not expired material.
Create tickets London, MP Dinamo Maint, NC as applied.
Ensure registration of logbook of the corresponding área.
Ensure correct traceability of registration of documents applicable in repairs.
Train new staff according to their corresponding OJT in a theoretical and practical.
Safely operate welding and heat treatment equipment
Handle gases safely




Verifies current calibration of the welding certification and the equipment to be used
Logbook record "Welding logbook shop" of welding processes and heat treatments carried out during the shift
Verification of expiration date of the special welding process
