Lead Construction Estimator & Takeoff Specialist

- Pay Rate: $10.00 USD / hour + Uncapped Performance Commissions ( Approx. $1,735.00 USD / month base pay )
- Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position (Immediate Hire / ASAP)
- Location: Remote (Open exclusively to candidates residing in Latin America)

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES ✔️ Oversee, train, and mentor a team of estimators to elevate overall output, bid accuracy, and technical expertise.

✔️ Perform high-precision Quantity Takeoffs (QTO) from architectural blueprints, engineering drawings, and structural specifications.

✔️ Develop accurate material, labor, and total cost estimates to prepare competitive and profitable project bids.

✔️ Audit and review team estimations prior to final submission to guarantee complete precision.

✔️ Establish standardized estimation workflows, guidelines, and quality standards across the department. ✔️ Collaborate directly with leadership, project management, and clients to resolve project scope questions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

✔️ Proven expert-level experience in construction quantity takeoffs and cost estimation.

✔️ Demonstrated experience in a leadership, coaching, or supervisory role training estimating personnel. ✔️ Advanced English speaking, writing,



and professional communication skills.

✔️ Exceptionally reliable, responsible, and self-motivated with a strong, independent work ethic.

✔️ Strong analytical mind with superior attention to detail and a commitment to precision.

✔️ Professional, proactive demeanor with a continuous drive for learning and achieving team success.

✔️ High-speed, reliable internet connectivity with mandatory backup power solutions to ensure uninterrupted workflow during working hours.

✔️ Personal computer setup capable of running complex estimation and document viewing software smoothly.
