Monitors the usage, provides troubleshooting support, and reviews the content based on user feedback to optimize the digital instruction platform.

**Essential Job Functions/Tasks**:

Creates and refines digital work instructions, ensuring clarity and effectiveness
for end-users.
2.
Demonstrates proficiency in using platform

functions within the designated digital instruction platform to enhance
procedure logic.
3.
Monitors usage and progress of digital work instructions, identifying
areas for improvement and optimization.
4.
Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop accurate
digital work instructions that reflect best practices and safety protocols.
5.
Provides troubleshooting support for users encountering issues with




digital work instructions or platform functionality.
6.
Monitors,
updates, and supports the use of skills tracking in the digital training
platform.
7.
Participates in training sessions to educate end-users on navigating
and utilizing digital work instructions effectively.
8.
Collects feedback
from users and stakeholders to iterate and improve digital work instructions
over time.
9.
Maintains
documentation and records related to digital work instructions and usage
metrics.
10.
Creates
checklists to accompany digital work instructions, aiding users in task
completion and compliance.
11.
Protects the
Hunter brand image, integrity, and consistency wherever it appears internally,
publicly, and electronically, maintaining a defined set of graphic standards.
