As a vendor partner, our agents are responsible for initial and on-going communication with patients, providers, and internal departments to assure the accuracy and efficiency of a customer's initial order of supplies.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Serves client's patients over the phone with initial order of diabetes testing supplies and related products
- Maintains high call volume
- Provides excellent customer service
**Job Required Qualification**:
- High School diploma or GED (General Education Development) required.
- 1 - 2-year(s) work experience in a customer service call center - Healthcare account experience preferred
- Sales background
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
- English language advance, written and verbal (Typing accuracy written English) and language Spanish
- High comfort level working with culturally diverse team members and clients, open to feedback and suggestions.

- Proficient mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Some experience with medical insurance and/or durable medical equipment preferred
- Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience.




- At least 1 year Healthcare account experience

- Must have back up internet/ISP in case of outage
- Adapts quickly to frequent process changes and improvements.
