Recruitment Supervisor | Lead High-Performing Talent Acquisition Teams

What You'll Do
As a Recruitment Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring recruitment excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction. You'll act as a strategic partner to both recruiters and stakeholders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals, KPIs, and SLA targets.

Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback, guidance, and development plans.

Review candidate submissions to ensure quality and alignment with client requirements.

Manage requisition distribution and workload balancing to maximize efficiency and results.

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance discussions, and coaching sessions.

Partner with clients and Hiring Managers to clarify job requirements and provide recruitment updates.

Serve as the primary escalation point for recruitment-related challenges.





Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with leadership to implement best practices.

Drive a high-performance culture focused on quality, service, and results.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

4+ years of recruitment experience.

At least 1 year of experience leading or supervising recruiting teams.

Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with performance metrics and service-level agreements (SLAs).
