**Your role at Baxter**:
Responsible for performing engineering analysis, design, and verification of requirements, for small to medium projects and/or designated segments of larger complex projects.
May guide other engineers on their technical issues, engage in design reviews, and help resolve problems of medium complexity.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Implement Change Requests (CR/CO's) in the Agile PLM system, including detail design drawings, schematics, specifications, and bills of material.
- Create or modifies Bill of Materials, schematics, or other design documentation.
- Create comprehensive and well-crafted documentation to effectively capture and communicate designs.
- Document status and results accurately and succinctly, and with purpose.
- Applie critical thinking skills to resolve problems.
- Encourage collaboration with seasoned professionals to enhance the excellence of the final outcomes.
- Design and coordinates research and tests to validate, analyze, and solve technical problems.
- Other duties may be assigned.
**What you'll bring!!
**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or local equivalent of same
- 2-7 years of experience in related roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
