The operational coordinator is in charge of controlling payments to suppliers, reconciling accounts, controlling expenses, taking care of the authorized monthly and annual budget for each unit or lounge that the business has (6 lounges).
He also carries out the reconciliation for each operation carried out in the room that generates revenue for the company and follows up on the accounting record of both income and expenses that are carried out, ensuring that they are recorded in the corresponding business unit in the month in which they were generated.




He provides technical support for hardware and software and analysis of the statistics generated by the inventory system that provides us with stock, inventories, costs, and movements for each business unit and analyzes the purchase planning based on the historical data and projections that are made.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Interacts with the leaders of the 6 salons, providing services and attention to the different processes
- Generates different files in the accounts payable area, to maintain budget controls by supplier, by sub-accounts and by Lounges
- Prevents risks of uncontrolled handling of supplies requested by the different areas of the Lounges
- In the Soft Restaurant system area, manages the different analyses based on reporting, where it is possible to identify risk points and budgets based on displacements.
Additionally, it is responsible for the maintenance and service of the system equipment.
**Position Requirements**:
- Management of payment platforms to suppliers and expense reconciliations (Stream, CAR, Concur)
- Knowledge of the Oracle platform
- Analysis and detection of expenses from different suppliers
- Assertive communication to close processes with the operational area and external clients
- Working under pressure,



due to issues of month-end closings and delivery of reports under agreed times
- Management of monthly provisions, as well as decision-making
- Adaptability to process changes (change of suppliers assigned to payments), as well as proactive to implement new processes related to the assigned activities
- Previous knowledge of administrative procedures, drafting of letters, and understanding of circulars issued to the company
- Management of contracts, analysis of lease clauses for specific accounts payable purposes
