- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and the profile of the adecuado candidate- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials- Post job openings on internal and external job boards as directed- Organize and attend job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other outreach efforts to source candidates- Manage and update company career pages on various platforms- Compile and report on recruitment metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process- Follow-ups with the TA team in regard to background checks and pre-employment screenings- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends and best practices- Assist with special projects and other HR or recruiting-related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:- 1-2 years of experience in a Recruiting/HR coordinator or Administrative roles- Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Proactive problem solver with a team-oriented mindset- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
